Most amazing person ever! We were stuck on the side of the road, called several people in Hamilton that wouldn't help at all, and ALEX gave excellent advice!!! Alex was extremely helpful and we are greatful!
Casey Starkey is a liar! i was there and he admitted to braking the shifter himself, people like him make the world a sad place.
Beware of this place. Do not take anything to them to fix. I had the misfortune of having to deal with this company as my car broke down late one night and had to be towed there. My car was having electrical problems and it would not shift from park. Told Alex the owner what the problems was the next morning. He said everything was fine to pick up the car. Took day off work to drive 60 miles to get car. Wasnot until on the way back that noticed the lights wouldn't work. All he did was break the gear shifter were it would go into gear without having to apply the break. Now I'm stuck with the added cost of fixing everything again plus the gear shifter that he broke. Call him a few times and he just hangs up. That's OK. I'm gonna be stopping by with a bill he can pay and some select words to tell him to his face.
Alex is fast and I've never had to return for the same problem.
My son's truck suddenly started making a loud noise mid-way on our 8 hour trip (moving him to college) from Houston to Lubbock, so we pulled over and asked a stranger where we could find a good mechanic. Luckily, she told us there was a GREAT one only a few blocks back. So we immediately turned around and pulled in to Hamilton Car Care and asked for Alex. He stopped everything he was doing, put the truck up on the lift and fixed the problem within a few minutes! And best of all, hardly charged us anything for his time and labor! It's so nice to meet people that are honest, knowledgable and kind. Had we gone much further, the back wheels would have locked up and we would have had a real mess to deal with. I can't even begin to say how blessed we were to meet Alex and how grateful we are to him! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop!!
