Try to avoid a co operating county if you can. Their rates are outrageous and rip you off all the time. I paid way less for a larger 2 story house than this one and I had my own provider. $300 with the thermostat off and nobody living in the house with the circuit breakers off. Don't use them. Move closer to city limits. I lived 2 miles north of Lutheran church rd off 116. You have been warned.
A $400.00 deposit is ridiculous, I have never heard of such a high deposit for electricity and it's not even a good price for electricity. The lady I spoke with stated it's not a credit check it's a utility credit check they do to see if have to pay one. Funny no other electric company thinks I need a deposit and I pay my bills on time monthly. You are forced into using this company if you move certain places because apparently moving where they own a meter somehow negates your Texas power to choose right. Good luck, hope you don't get stuck in a home with this horrible company. Lesson learned, I won't be moving anywhere ever again that this company owns rights to. I'm so glad I didn't purchase a house, could you imagine owning a house and having no right to who provides you power. Disgusted.
Just as others stated. High rates. No choice in who provides you with electricity. I can't wait to move.
always have had great customer service and never a billing problem
A blessed company. They will do everything in their power to help you. Mr. Raiburn is an honest understanding man.
