Very poor etiquette and I'm very dissapointed in how I was treated so disrespectfully.
I would strongly reccomend to make the drive elsewhere. The NP I saw, Arlene Brown, made snap judgments about what could potentially be wrong with my body without collecting any information about my history, family, routines, etc. my pain was disregarded as my weight and just "body" when, upon further work with other doctors, turned out to be a chronic illness.
I absolutely love nurse practitioner Lingefeld. She's was amazing with my kids. Be careful with Arlene Brown. I won't let anyone in my family be seen by her and neither will several people I know. Her knowledge is limited and she's rude. That's a bad combination and I wouldn't be surprised if her practicing medicine didn't eventually hurt someone. Otherwise, the staff and nurses are wonderful!
I was made to feel very poorly about myself for things that I could not control while also having to CONVINCE the NP that I had a problem.
